IOPvet gets the 'thumbs up' around the world
The IOPvet is now being used by Vets in many countries and the benefits of the device for assessing high eye pressure in animals are being touted at Veterinary Conferences around the world.
The IOPvet was recently showcased at the European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmologists in Berlin by DioptriX, our distributor in Europe, after being shown at the SSVO in Landskrona Sweden. On the other side of the world the IOPvet was presented at the American Conference of Veterinary Ophthalmologists in Palm Springs by our distributor in the US, OPI LLC. Feedback on the device at all the conferences was very positive.
Richard Walmsley, CEO of Ingeneus said, “Glaucoma is one of the leading causes of blindness in animals and symptoms of early-stage glaucoma are subtle and can be easily missed. High eye pressure is the main indicator of glaucoma and early detection and ongoing assessment of high eye pressure, particularly in high-risk breeds, is therefore crucial in veterinary settings.”
